Indiana is entering a new era – one where employers unite with a shared voice to shape workforce priorities and take the lead in educating and training new talent. The Indiana Career Apprenticeship Pathway (INCAP) offers a high-quality, well-organized structure to develop an employer's talent pipeline and fill workforce needs. INCAP is rooted in the Swiss apprenticeship model, and the Zurich Learning Exchange will bring together subject matter experts to walk attendees through this best-in-class framework.
For more information on INCAP, visit this website t(https://indianacap.org/)o learn more.

Attendees are responsible for booking their own flights to accommodate their personal schedules. We recommend arriving by 10:00am Zurich local time on April 14, and departing at any available time on April 18.
If you received separate communications on flight reimbursement from the Indy Chamber, please follow the process included in that message to fulfill said reimbursement. If you did not receive this communication, you are responsible for securing your own round trip airfare.
