Thomas Jeschke offers over 15 years of leadership experience in management, consulting, and operations. He has successfully led teams of more than 25 direct reports and 40 indirect reports across multiple international sites, delivered operational improvements, and advised startups and small businesses on growth and efficiency strategies.
Thomas holds an MBA in Management & Entrepreneurship from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business (2023) where he earned the Leadership Distinction Award at commencement. His expertise in operational strategy, financial oversight, leadership will directly support the INCAP program's ability to launch efficiently, manage education and industry relationships effectively, and grow sustainably.
