I serve as the Training and Development Manager at F.A. Wilhelm Construction, where I focus on building practical learning experiences that help our teams perform at their best. My work centers on aligning training with real business needs so that development is not just a checkbox, but a meaningful driver of performance and growth.||I am currently leading the modernization of our learning ecosystem, including the implementation of a new learning management system and the development of structured leadership and technical training pathways.
