Shane Pilarski serves as President and CEO of Alliance Bank in Francesville, bringing more than two decades of community banking experience shaped by roles spanning lending, credit and accounting. She joined the bank in 2002 and has since built a leadership approach grounded in transparency, strong financial stewardship, and a deep commitment to rural communities. Prior to her banking career, Shane was a high school mathematics educator - an experience that continues to influence her passion for talent development and the future of workforce pipelines. She is a graduate of Purdue University and the Barret Graduate School of Banking. ||Active in both professional and civic circles, Shane has served organizations including the Community Foundation of Pulaski County, the Indiana Bankers Association, Purdue Extension, Regional Development Loan Growth Fund and Francesville's Uptown Project. Shane also volunteers as a youth group leader at her church. Raised on a fourth generation family farm in Newton County, she brings a practical, community centered perspective to her work and leadership. Shane and her husband, Brian - a high school teacher and coach - have two adult children and enjoy staying connected to local schools, athletics, and the broader community.|
