As the Executive Director of the Hospitality Indiana (formerly known as Indiana Restaurant and Lodging Association), Sarah Olivero serves as an advocate for Indiana's hospitality industry. From workforce development to restaurant week events to happy hour - she is constantly seeking the next opportunity to elevate Indiana's hospitality industry to ensure we remain vibrant and competitive. Although originally from Illinois, Sarah is a proud Hoosier and graduate of Butler University that resides in Fishers, Ind. with her husband and two children. You can usually find her having lunch at the Patachou bar or sneaking a sweet treat from Amelia's Bakery at the Stutz.
