Paul Ketcham is the Assistant Secretary of Education at the Indiana Department of Education, appointed by Dr. Katie Jenner, and began his role on January 5, 2026. He previously served as Superintendent of Batesville Community School Corporation, where he was named the 2025 Indiana Superintendent of the Year and led the district to statewide and national recognition for literacy achievement, workforce development, and community-connected learning.
