Mie-Young Reed is the Dual Director of Human Resources for JW Marriott Indianapolis and Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. She was with Westin Hotels and Resorts for 20 years prior to joining White Lodging in 2006. She has been in Hotel Operations for 12 years and Director of Human Resources from 1998 to present. Mie Young enjoys giving back to the community by actively staying involved in many organizations. She has a passion for getting involved in diversity initiatives and has been heavily involved with Indianapolis community.
