Melanie Vuynovich is BioCrossroads' Senior Director of Workforce Development, Life Sciences. She leads the Life Sciences Industry Talent Association which supports life sciences companies in collaboratively addressing talent and workforce development needs in the state. She is a part of a coalition of individuals actively working to establish the Indiana Career Apprenticeship Pathway, a Swiss-inspired vocational and professional education system in Indiana.
