Dan Gilbert is the Senior Policy Advisor to the Adjutant General of the Indiana National Guard . Dan retired as a Colonel in 2023 after spending 23 years in the Army. In this military career, Dan served in a variety of military assignments that included: commander, running the country's second largest military recruiting organization, and selected as an Army Congressional Fellow to U.S. Senator Joe Manchin. In Dan's current role with the Indiana National Guard, he leads interagency coordination, plans the legislative agenda, and helps drive strategic priorities. Dan holds an undergraduate from Marian University in Mathematics and graduate degrees from George Washington University and the National Defense University. ||
