Cassie Squillace currently works as the Senior Director of Workforce Development-Healthcare for BioCrossroads, one of the five initiatives under Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP). She leads the Healthcare Industry Talent Association for the Indiana Career Apprenticeship Pathway (INCAP). Squillace graduated from Taylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and from Indiana State University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Indiana, and she has close to two decades of healthcare experience, primarily in the behavioral healthcare space.|
