Britany Goodpaster is the Associate Director of AvantBlue, a startup venture of Butler University. With a background spanning information technology, education, and operations management, Britany brings both strategic insight and a passion for innovation to her role.||Prior to joining AvantBlue in November 2022, Britany served as an Information Systems Specialist at Butler University and previously held similar roles at Hamilton Southeastern Schools and Noblesville Schools. Her career also includes leadership positions as Center Director at Brain Balance Achievement Center and Director of Donor Relations at the Salvation Army in Fort Wayne, experiences that strengthened her operational, relationship-building, and organizational expertise.||At AvantBlue, Britany plays a key role in transforming the IT procurement process. Her work helps generate revenue for Butler University while delivering meaningful cost savings for K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and other organizations. She is particularly committed to identifying better pricing models and practical solutions that enable schools and smaller universities to meet their technology goals within tight budget constraints.||Britany recently completed her MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Leadership at Butler University's Lacy School of Business. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Marketing Management from Manchester University.||Outside of work, Britany is an avid volunteer in the Indianapolis community and a proud dog mom. She enjoys reading, traveling, and running a small reselling business, blending her entrepreneurial spirit with a love for connecting people and ideas.||
